WELCOME TO RACCOON DAWGS

This website is owned and operated by Raccoon Dawgs. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Raccoon Dawgs. By using our website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all other rules and policies posted throughout the site. If you're not down with the terms, you shouldn't use this site.

USING THE SITE

By accessing this site, you confirm that you're at least the age of majority in your country — or that you've got a guardian’s blessing. You agree not to use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Don't mess with the system — no hacking, scamming, or spamming allowed.

PRODUCT INFO

We do our best to describe and show our products as accurately as possible, but keep in mind: colors and details may look different depending on your screen. Everything is limited, everything is designed to disrupt. We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, or stop offering products without notice.

ORDERS

When you place an order, you’re submitting a request to purchase an item from our store. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion — especially if something doesn’t seem legit. Once your payment goes through, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please note: orders cannot be canceled after confirmation. If there’s any issue, we’ll get in touch as soon as possible.

PRICES, SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME

All prices are listed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated. They don't include shipping, taxes or customs charges — you’ll see those at checkout. You agree to provide accurate payment details, and you confirm you’re authorized to use the card or payment method.

Estimated delivery times:

Greece: 5–7 business days via ELTA Courier
Cyprus : 5-7 business days via ELTA
UK & EU: 10–15 business days via Eurosender or partner couriers

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days from the date of payment. Delivery times are approximate and may vary. If you haven't received your order within 3 weeks from the ship date, contact us at info@raccoondawgs.gr with your order number.

We are not responsible for delays due to carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control. Risk transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier. For international customers: customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery. No refunds — store credit or exchange only.

Items must be:

Unworn and unused
In original packaging with tags
Not on sale or discounted

To request an exchange, email us at info@raccoondawgs.gr with your order number. Return shipping costs are covered by us (free return shipping).

EU customers have a 14-day “cooling-off” period to cancel their order, under EU consumer law.

Once approved, we’ll issue store credit (via digital gift card) equal to the item's value.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, graphics, logos, product names and vibes on this site belong to Raccoon Dawgs. Don't copy or use any part of our brand without written permission. We guard our street identity like we guard our crew.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS & TOOLS

We may use apps, plug-ins or tools from third parties. You use them at your own risk. We don’t control these tools or their policies. Always read the fine print.

TERMINATION

We reserve the right to block access, cancel accounts or orders, or remove content at any time for any reason. Don’t take it personal — it’s just protection.
