Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2PM EET are treated as next-day orders. Once processed, delivery time depends on your location:

  • Greece  : 3–7 business days via ELTA Courier 

  • Cyprus : 3–7 business days via ELTA

  • UK & EU : 10–15 business days via Eurosender or other partner couriers

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.              Orders over €150 qualify for free shipping automatically at checkout. No code needed.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your package is on the way.

Split Shipments
Some items may ship separately depending on availability. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment individually.

Product Availability
All items are released in limited quantities. If a product is marked “Sold Out”, it may either:

  • be restocked soon (this will be clearly noted on the product page), or

  • be discontinued, in which case it will remain sold out permanently with no restock notice.

Duties & Taxes
For orders outside Greece, import duties and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other external factors. If you experience an unusual delay, reach out to us at info@raccoondawgs.gr.

Eco Packaging
Each order ships in recycled or biodegradable packaging — because streetwear should respect the streets.
