We accept exchanges within 14 working days from the date of delivery.
No refunds. Store credit or exchange only.
Exchanges
To request an exchange, email us at info@raccoondawgs.gr. with your order number and reason for the request.
All items must be:

In original condition with tags and packaging
Free return shipping costs.
We do not offer exchanges for items on sale or discounted collections.
Once approved, we’ll issue you store credit for the item’s value — ready to use on your next drop.
Damages or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect.
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you're in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery — for any reason and without justification.
